Specific Duties and Responsibilities
· Communicate with clients by phone, text or email and in person to provide information
· Ensure that a high level of client satisfaction is always maintained.
· Build trust and maintain a solid business relationship with clients.
· Provide proactive communication with each client.
· Log all client interaction in CRM and complete daily to-dos and follow ups.
· Track communication with clients daily in CRM.
· Review communication results daily with manager.
· Complete daily training as required by management.
· Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
· Cover all required shifts.
· Dress and act professionally.
· Obtain and uphold OMVIC license.
· Follow all rules set out by the dealership.
· Additional tasks required by management.
